3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by [PLACEHOLDER: hosting provider, address, EU location]. When you visit the website, the server automatically records information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and stably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. 14 days]. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the hosting provider (Art. 28 GDPR).
4. Fonts
All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to servers of Google or other font providers is established when you visit this website.
5. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, company, website address, your message, package and budget preferences) to answer your request. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We delete your data once your request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. To protect against spam, we use an invisible honeypot field and a time check. No third-party service is involved.
6. Price calculator and quotes
When you use the price calculator, your answers are sent to our server to calculate a price range. No personal data is processed at this stage.
If you request your detailed quote, we process your email address and, if provided, your name, company and website address together with your answers to create and send the quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). 9. Analytics (only with consent)
With your consent, we use [PLACEHOLDER: Plausible Analytics, provider, EU hosting], a cookieless analytics service that does not create personal profiles. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
